We came, we listened

and everything went well.

S framed much of her thoughts in the context of how we might interact with a new housemate. For example, if one family is doing something interesting/fun, that family might ought to invite the new housemate along.

But mostly, what it came down to is that we need some unified vision. We need something that we are all working on/responsible for so that we can build our relationships while we work. Our schedules/rhythms are just too different to hope that relationships will form on their own.

Now we just have to come up with a vision.
